Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a Founding Member seat or using AgentBoard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Founding Member Program

• The Founding Member program offers lifetime access to AgentBoard for a one-time payment of $49.
• Founding Member seats are limited to 50 total and are non-transferable.
• "Lifetime access" means access to AgentBoard for as long as the service is operational.
• When AgentBoard launches with a subscription model, Founding Members will be locked in at $49/month at no additional charge — this rate is guaranteed for the lifetime of the product.

3. Refund Policy

If AgentBoard does not ship a functional product within 6 months of your purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund. No questions asked. Refund requests should be sent to the email below.

4. Service Description

AgentBoard is an AI-native project management tool that integrates with AI coding assistants to automatically update your project board. The service is currently in beta and features may change, be added, or be removed as we develop the product.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AgentBoard only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service.
• Use the service to store or transmit malicious code.
• Resell, sublicense, or share your account with unauthorized users.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the service.

6. Intellectual Property

AgentBoard and all associated branding, code, and content are the property of AgentBoard. Your data and content remain yours. We claim no ownership over your project data, code, or intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

AgentBoard is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify Founding Members of material changes via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
